Matt Homann is co-founder of InvisibleGirlfriend.com, CEO of Kendeo and the founder of Filament and LexThink; and he suffers from a self-diagnosed case of Idea Surplus Disorder.

In his “day job,” Matt helps organizations around the world get their smartest people thinking, meeting and working together better by using effective visual communications, innovative trainings and collaborative events and experiences.

This past year, Matt also pitched an idea he’s had for nearly a decade at a Startup Weekend, and has become a co-founder of the startup InvisibleGirlfriend.com — a service that helps you tell a better story about a relationship you’re not actually in.

Matt is the author of the award-winning blog "the [non]billable hour," where he shares innovative ways for professionals be better at what they do.
