Booking and cancellation terms
Registration fees provide access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, refreshments, cocktails indicated in the conference agenda and all conference documentations. Travel and lodging fees are not included in the registration fee. All delegates are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel.
Cancellation of participation has to be send by email (the cancellation has to be in writing, we don't accept cancellations by phone) to firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of cancellation before October 5 2014, 100% will be refunded less an administration charge of 13 euro (VAT excl). As from October 6 2014, no refunds will be made.
Substitution of delegates can be made until October 28, just click the link in your ticket mail to do the substitution yourself or send an email to email@example.com or call +3234006930 so our ticketing partner can make the necessary changes.
Entrance fees are to be paid during the registration process. An invoice will be provided via email in the fortnight after your registration.
Flanders DC has the right to make changes to the program - if due to unforeseen circumstances a speaker cancels, tickets will not be refunded for this reason.
Early registration fees are only valid if registered before September 15, 2014.
By registering, delegates allow Flanders DC to use their name for future Flanders DC mailings. Flanders DC will carefully guard its participants privacy and does not disclose email addresses for any purpose. Photographs will be taken during the Forum as well as video footage. By registering you allow Flanders DC to publish these pictures.
